Have you heard about some of the great new functionality available to you in the Mobius 12.5 release? (smart chat)
I’d love to hear from folks on older versions. Which versions are you running? What are your biggest challenges to upgrading?
I used Document Direct for years and thought the move to a web version (Mobius View) would be painful, but honestly, it wasn't that bad, and I saw end-users adopt new features like favorites and indexing really quickly.
