Earlier in my career, I had the privilege of serving as a lead ContentEdge* administrator for a Rocket customer.

One of the highlights of that role was attending in‑person Mobius User Group (MUG) meetings. These gatherings were more than just meetings - they were vibrant hubs of knowledge sharing, problem‑solving, and community building.

What made MUGs so impactful for me was the opportunity to hear directly from other customers about their unique journeys. Learning how they tackled challenges, leveraged the platform to its fullest potential, and collaborated with Rocket for support provided invaluable insights that I brought back to my own organization. The sneak peeks into the roadmap and upcoming features were always a source of excitement and inspiration.

Beyond the knowledge, what truly stood out was the sense of community. Even though MUGs are no longer held today, the spirit behind them - connection, collaboration, and shared learning - remains just as relevant. MUGs reminded us that we weren’t navigating this ecosystem alone but were part of a broader network of passionate and innovative users.

Now, as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Rocket, I find myself reflecting on those experiences and curious to hear from others. What made MUGs valuable to you? Was it the customer stories, the collaborative problem‑solving, the roadmap insights - or something else entirely?

Let’s keep that spirit alive. I’d love to hear your memories, takeaways, or thoughts in the comments.
