Problem

A required library "libvdlog_r.so" was missing from the VisiBroker6.5 for C on Solaris 10 installation. How to install "libvdlog_r.so" which is specified in stdmk?

Resolution

The reason for the library missing is, the "VisiBroker Core" has been chosen during the installation but to install all the required libraries, the "VisiBroker Web Services Pack" needs to be chosen instead. For VisiBroker 7.0 and later, no such separate installation is present in installer's menu.
