Problem:

After modify the OTS properties via the console and restarting the OTS, no additional information appears in either the event log nor the error log.

Resolution:

To enable tracing of all OTS Service events, restart OTS with the "-Dvbroker.ots.trace=Completion,TCM" option. The TCM refers to TxnContext (transaction context) completion module, it will send "commands" to the Completion module to prepare, complete and/or rollback transaction. Additional information will be provided, e.g. why a transaction is rolled back.

The logging in the debug logs are based on the per module setting.
