Close the manager tabs on the OpenFusion Administration Manager.

Resolution:

To get rid of the additional manager tabs, for example the Notification Service Manager, you need to click on the tab so that it is displayed. You can then click on the dustbin icon (or CTRL-D) and it should be deleted.
