Problem

When a user was trying to add Notification service in an existing CFR domain, a CORBA:INITIALIZE exception was thrown with a REQUIRED_PLUGIN_NOT_LOADED message.

Cause

The user was having a Orbix Standard license. To add the Notification Service to a domain, the installation needs an Orbix Enterprise license.

Resolution

After using an Orbix Enterprise license, the user was able to add the Notification Service to the existing domain. An RPI:601167 has also been raised for this issue.
