Problem:
- Product Name: VisiBroker
- Product Version: 7.0 and above
- Product Component: POA, Smart Agent
The create_POA method call is very slow. It takes more than 10 seconds to finish the call.
Resolution:
This problem can occur when VisiBroker Smart Agent (osagent executable) is not running in the network environment. Ensure that the osagent is running if the Smart Agent feature is enabled (by default) at the Server.
