Question/Problem Description Default POA settings changed after Orbix 6.3.4 patch 014 installation, does this have any negative impact?

After creating a replicated domain with one master and one slave with the following defaults for the locator

plugins:locator:allow_dyn_replicas_default = "yes";
plugins:locator:load_balancing_default = "round_robin";

the POA settings changed from
    Allow Replicas outside this list: no
    Load Balancing Algorithm:  <NONE>
to
    Allow Replicas outside this list: yes
    Load Balancing Algorithm: round_robin

This change affects only the four following POAs:
    FQPN: IT_MasterNamingContextExt_iona_services.naming.2
    FQPN: IT_MasterObjectGroupFactory_iona_services.naming.2
    FQPN: IT_MasterObjectGroup_iona_services.naming.2
    FQPN: IT_NamingServiceAdmin_iona_services.naming.2
