The z/OS system log records DFS2082 time-out messages, when running OTMA server adapters using run_transaction_no_reply with IMS 12. |

| Cause |
IBM introduced a feature in IMS 12 allowing OTMA clients to request DFS2082 support for CM0 input. This is enabled by setting the IMAMHRSP flag in the OTMA state data prefix. However, for clients using OTMA C/I, this flag is always set, with no way to change it. |
| Resolution | IBM have released PTF UK92150 to resolve this issue. Please ensure this is installed, if using IMS 12, OTMA and run_transaction_no_reply. |
| Workaround | This issue is specific to MIS 12, OTMA adapters using run_transaction_no_reply. Avoiding any of these will avoid the problem. |
