Does any trouble occur when we run VBC 4.5 on Win2k SP4 ?

Resolution:

VisiBroker 4.5 only supports Windows2000 with SP1. Therefore, if your customers are planning to upgrade it to Windows2000 with SP4, it is to their own risks.
That means to say that if they using this OS with SP4 and encounter problems while using our VBC4.5, then we would not be able to support them unless they can reproduce it with the same OS with SP1.
I hope you can convey this important information to them.
Previously, we have customer who upgrade to a higher service pack4 and is facing problem with their application.
