Resolution:
OpenFusion uses the underlying ORB's object_to_string implementation to create IORs. This ORB needs to be configured with the parameter responsible for adding an IP address or a hostname into the IOR. Refer to the underlying ORB's documentation on how to do this, as such configuration is ORB specific.
