If the Admin Property "MaxSuppliers" is set to 0 for the channel, then connecting a supplier is not possible. It interprets 0 as no suppliers instead of unlimited number of suppliers, and attempts to connect a supplier fail.According to the omg spec on the notification channel, setting MaxSuppliers to 0 for a channel will result in an unlimited amount of supplier connections (omg Notification spec August 2002 pg. 2-48).
Resolution:
This problem is already fixed in VisiBroker 6.0 GA and later versions.
