FAILURE #37767: Synching up AIX and HP-UX version of VBC 4.5 -- porting VBC4.5 for HP patch 36 to AIX platform.

Customer needs fixes from VBC 4.5 for HP Patch 36 (or latest patch) ported to AIX as they use both AIX and HP in their production environment and require fixes from P36. They would like to get a ported version for the latest patch to AIX 5.1

Resolution:

P17 for AIX has been prepared to port the fix to AIX platform.
