Failure 38797 - VisiRT 3.2.2.1 - Memory leak related to caching of connections on client side

Problem:

• Product Name: VisiBroker-RT for C
• Product Version: 3.2.2.1
• Product Component: ORB
• Platform/OS Version: VxWorks

Application is reporting memory leak that appears to be coming from VISORB::bind() call.The leak seems to occur when ::_bind() call is made after the Server has timed-out the connection.

Resolution:

The leak observed is related to the caching of connections on the client side. Failure 38797 filed for this issue is fixed in VisiBroker-RT patch level 3.2.2.1H. Please contact Micro Focus Customer Care SupportLine for further information.
