The above issue is specific only to the 32 bits version.

Resolution:

Defect CR 9645 has been raised to address the issue. This problem occurs because the initial naming convention does not cater for the HP-UX IA 32 bit libraries. The fix is to introduce the correct naming convention for the HP-UX IA -32 bit platform.

A hotfix VB70 P4.02 is available to address this bug. Micro Focus advises all customers who have downloaded the VBE 7.0 SP 3 and intend to use VisiTransact PMT to download this hot fix as well. Please click Hot Fix VBE_07.00.00.P4_02.
