You are going to create a non-global zone on your system installation and run an application in this non-global zone which should interwork via CORBA/VisiBroker 6.5 with another application running in the global zone. You would like to know if there could be problems in CORBA/VisiBroker6.5 inter-working between two processes installed on separate Solaris zones. Your VisiBroker is running on global zone.
Resolution
Currently, VisiBroker 6.5 does not support Solaris 10 zones. An Enhancement request (ER) 8823 has been filed for VisiBroker to support Solaris 10 zones.
Solaris zones are supported starting from VisiBroker 7.0. The latest version of VisiBroker at the time of this writing is 8.5.
