| Cause | When installing Orbix services as Windows Services the system environment needs to contain IT_PRODUCT_DIR and IT_LICENSE_FILE variables. This issue occurs when trying to run a configuration repository based Orbix domain and these variables have not been set in the system environment. |
| Resolution | Ensure the Orbix variables IT_PRODUCT_DIR and IT_LICENSE_FILE have been set in the system environment and the machine has been rebooted. |
