| Cause | All ports between the server base (IT_DAEMON_SERVER_BASE) and server base server range (IT_DAEMON_SERVER_RANGE) are in use |
| Resolution | The quickest solution would be to increase the IT_DAEMON_SERVER_RANGE, however if the ports are still in use the host server should be analyzed to see if any other process is grabbing ports on the box. |
