OutOfMemory error when installing the Setup.class

Resolution:

To prevent this happening:

1. Make sure you are using the correct JDK version
2. Increase the memory available to JVM by passing in -Xmx option: e.g. java -Xmx100M Setup, which increase the memory available to JVM to 100MB.
