| Question/Problem Description | There is no errors or problems installing Orbix 3.3.10 on Windows 2003 but after installation it is not possible to run anything from the bin directory. Whenever an executable is started it gives the following error:![]() |

| Cause | This could be caused by having the incompatible C compiler on the machine the Orbix installation kit is being installed. |
| Resolution | Download the right Orbix installation kit as per C compiler that is intended to be used on that machine. Article 000025994, "What is the mapping between Visual Studio and VC?" gives a guide of what kit needs to be downloaded and installed based on the compiler on the machine on which Orbix is being installed. |
