The locator logs show:

(IT_PSS_DB:81) E - Duplicate master detected (DB env it_locator)
(IT_PSS_DB:88) W - Reopening database environment it_locator

Cause The crash is caused by an issue in the PSS (persistent state layer) of the Orbix locator service.
