Problem:

The "borland.lic" file seems to decrease in size and is not useable, following error is received:
License storage /sms/smsapp/vbroker/BES/6.0/var/borland.lic is corrupted, licensing data cannot be recovered. Please register your Borland product(s) again. (1:7004,0,0,0) init: CORBA exception: Exception: CORBA::NO_PERMISSION
Resolution:
Please verify that you have installed either RP1 or BES 6.0 patch 3 as similar issue has been fixed. If the suggested patch is installed, please ensure that you have enough disk space. The above issue/exception is seen when the system runs out of file space. While VisiBroker is reading/writing to the license file the file space runs out (possibly from other processes writing to disk) and subsequently the license file cannot be saved properly.
