VBC 5.2.1 - Naming Service does not correctly release connections when using TimesTen database

Problem:

• Product Name: VisiBroker
• Product Version: 5.2.1
• Product Component: Naming Service
• Platform/OS Version: Solaris 8

VBC 5.2.1 - Naming Service does not correctly release connections when using TimesTen database, changing to the latest JDBC drivers doesn't help either.

Resolution:

Issue is not witnessed when using VisiBroker 6.0.

Obviously since Times Ten is not supported, this problem cannot be addressed.

Recommend using VB 6.0 Naming for application.
