Problem:
Product: VisiBroker 8.x
Platform: Microsoft Operating Systems
VisiBroker osagent fails to start with following error:
"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."
Resolution:
Please ensure your version of VisiBroker has been installed on a supported platform, with a supported version of the JDK, and the Microsoft Visual Studio compiler or runtime redistributable is available on the machine.
