Compatibility with VisiBroker RT for C 4.x:
Compatibility with VisiBroker RT for C 3.x: VisiBroker 5.x is not binary- or source-compatible with releases 3.x and earlier. Please
regenerate your stubs and recompile your applications.
Interoperability with other VisiBroker RT releases
VisiBroker RT 5.2 is fully "on-the-wire" interoperable with VisiBroker RT 3.x and later versions.
Installation Instructions
Please follow the steps below to install the release:
- Download the archive files from Micro Focus download links (Email).
Platform Version VisiBroker RT for VxWorks and Windows host 5.2 VisiBroker RT for VxWorks and Solaris host 5.2 VisiBroker RT for Monta Vista Linux 5.2 - This release is packaged as a complete installation and requires a VisiBroker RT license key to install.
Windows and Solaris users should unzip and untar the archive, and then run the setup application.
