What happens in the service when an event channel is destroyed?

Solution:

When a channel is destroyed, it destroys each supplier and consumer admin in turn.

When an admin is destroyed, it destroys each proxy that was obtained from it. This will disconnect any client that was connected to the proxy.

All the persistent events that were queued for the channel will also be removed.
