What is max number of JOURNAL files created?

Is there a limit?  Or is the limit until no more disk space is available? Is this tunable?

Resolution:

By default the maximum number of JOURNAL files is 10. This is a nominal limit that the JOURNAL implementation will try to adhere to, moving event records from one file to another if necessary.

This is tunable by editing the NotificationSingleton.xml configuration. However this amount is overridden by the principles of persisting the data.
