| Resolution | When an Artix endpoint is starting it calls registerPeerManager as part of the handshake with the locator. If this fails for any reason, for example if the locator is still trying to read in the contents of the DB while starting, the endpoint manager will attempt to call again after waiting for four seconds. This cannot be configured. |
