| Cause | To gain access to its private key, OrbixNames must supply the pass phrase that was used to encrypt the key. When the server is started, an attempt is made to retrieve the pass phrase from the KDM. If it is not available from the KDM, the user is prompted for the pass phrase. |
| Resolution | Enter the correct pass phrase for the private key specified in the OrbixNames.Server.IT_PRIVATEKEY_FILE configuration value in orbixssl.cfg |
