I have a D3 10.x install (Linux virtual machine platform) that is NOT YET activated but we know that D3 -0 will operate to a degree in lieu of activation.
The machine is terribly slow in executing the startup and returning the D3 login prompt. Once this is done, then most of the operations (like lf and listu etc.) operate at the morally acceptable speed.
I can only put this down to the fact that somehow the D3 is recognised as not being activated and is timing out on a license issue; or some background task that may require to timeout.
Would anyone be able to confirm this?
