Accuterm 8.0.1015

We have a client that just installed Accuterm 8.0.1015 on both a Windows 11 23H2 OS and a Windows 11 24H2 OS and it appears they have done so correctly. However, when they open Accuterm the icons below the menu are simply showing up as empty blocks but the tooltips do work. Is this a setting or a compatibility issue.

@RandyB , you should open an Accuterm support case. You can either log into RBC or email support@rocketsoftware.com. If you email, make sure you include your Accuterm version and 8-digit serial#. To find that, use “help > about”. If it’s an eval copy, might not show. But please do your best. Thanks.
