We are using the descriptive internal information about programs, specifically last date ran and number of times ran since last compiled. This information doesn't seem to be accurate in all cases. Our theory is if an external subroutine is flash compiled, and the calling program is flash compiled, these don't get updated. Are we accurate in our theory and are there other issues we should be aware of?
