D3 10.4 on Redhat Linux

Caution: DO NOT change the hostname in /etc/hosts AFTER you have installed D3!

Sadly, connections to D3 with subsequently be "refused" - and you'll likely break out in a cold sweat as I did :(

(Unless someone can advise me otherwise)

Does the "reference" to localhost appear in any config record - which will explain my finding? If not this should be noted (in the manual!)
