How do I execute a Windows command from d3 Basic?

I believe it is, for example, EXECUTE "!DIR C:\\*.xlsx /S>C:\\Users\\Me\\Desktop\\Spreadsheets.txt"

I like the execute !dir example as it directs output to a Windows file. This guaratees that Windows is not prompting, which would stall the D3 process as it has no way to respond. Bob, please keep that in mind.
