Install on windows

We run d3 on an Windows Server 2008

Can someone describe how to move d3 to a new server (windows 2012)?

eg; 

1. Download installer to create the d3 environment
2. Move live data from current server to new server.
3. Explain how the license which allows the application to run is transferred to the new server.

Just looked at our records and it looks like you're running 10.3.3 over Windows 2019. I don't know what this 2008 server is, but please don't change anything until you let us take a look.

Bret, I am SO SORRY. I confused you with another Stern. If you'd like our help you can open a case with the Support department and we'll discuss and assist.

No sweat. Our last conversations were big picture basics. You sent lots of docs. 

I'll keep working with Allen at Nexustek. I wanted to do as much as possible without hitting $$$ sides of support.

What is a case you refer to? Is this to do the move, or support me doing the move?

I like the idea. Who do I call to find out how that works? Costs (if any), etc
