Does any forum member know if you can upgrade to Universe, for free, from mvBase if you have an annual support contract in place for mvBase.

I have reached our directly to Rocket but nobody has responded to me.

Hi Brian, yes it was.  I cannot find anything on pricing for Universe from Rocket.
