A quick question from an mvBase user. Is there any way to get past the page width limitation of 132 characters as imposed by mvTerm? Is there an alternative terminal emulator that works with mvBase that could be used that does not have this limitation? Thanks!

You can use PuTTY, Accuterm, something like that, but you'll need to use it via the Workstation.

I second Accuterm.  It can do so much more.  It has a VB scripting language that is quite useful for all sorts of tricks

Thanks for the suggestions! I gave Putty and Accuterm a whirl in my initial testing but had some issues with the page layout vs what I see in mvTerm (e.g. differing line breaks). Am I missing something within either of the two suggested products to ensure compatibility with mvBase, or is the issue with the screen design we currently have?

Check your emulation at both ends.  I've seen many systems with minimal/incorrect term defs on the server and/or the wrong emulation at the emulator (where AccuTerm is concerned).

And it even runs under Linux.
