Currently, running 34 jobs in scheduler. Recently, the scheduler stopped running on 7/21/2024 and started backup on its own on 7/31/2024.
Any idea why this would happen? Are there any updates to address this?
Thanks in Advance!

Hi Val,
I found a bug in D3 Windows where you have more phantom lines allocated than you have phantom ports allowed in your licence (eg : 12 phantom licenced ports with 20 phantom lines).
At times when you have a very high volume of phantom jobs, sometimes a job is allocated to an unlicenced phantom line and the job doesn't run.
Check that your available phantom lines is equal to (or less than) your licenced phantom lines to avoid this situation.
Changing this does not require a filesave and restore as you are not changing the overall number of D3 ports.
This rare bug has been reported to Brian and his team, and a fix is currently being investigated.

Warwick
