Hello I’m an architect exploring the possibilities of connecting ADABAS to a modern data platform in Azure using Databricks compute.
Can someone please provide me with some information of the various options available and which is vendor preferred.
I’d prefer technical details to high level marketing decks.
The various capabilities of the various connectors.
Any know limitations, pros-cons.
What workloads they may be better suited for.

I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
Regards Luke

Hi Luke,

Rocket Data and Replication and Sync can move the data between ADABAS and Azure services such as MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres and of course Azure SQL. It can also migrate ADABAS to Blob Storage and Azure Data Lake.  And soon we will have support for Databricks.  Take a look at our documentation for RDRS support of ADABAS  https://docs.rocketsoftware.com/bundle/datareplicate_sync_7/page/topics/supported_source_technologies_in_rdrs.html which sets us apart from the competition. Be happy to talk more. Here is my contact information riannitelli@rocketsoftware.com.
