Customer had also created support case to discuss options.
There are options via RDOp, Jira extension or VS Code to include additional info in Task description or comments.
Options for manual update of RDOi db file(s) are normally not recommended. Working directly in customer case with user to outline options and criteria for update of Task fields after the use of the ACMSADD* command to create the RDOi Task.
