Thanks to Robert (motobrazi), it came to my attention that the links being sent on the emails after the downloads are broken. The issue happened after the links from the online manual had to be regenerated and it is now being fixed.

In the meanwhile, please access the manual directly here for Eclipse or Visual Stidio.
