Can web services built with Net Express be deployed on any other third party servers or does it have to be deployed on Enterprise Server?

Problem:

Are there any alternatives for deploying web services on Enteprise Server? Can web services built with Net Express be deployed on any other third party servers or does it have to be deployed on Enterprise Server?

Resolution:

Any web services written in Net Express must be deployed on Enterprise Server no matter what the platform is.
