Problem:
Applied new web sync but the version number in Help/About still reflects 7.003.0024, not 7.003.0025.
Resolution:
Web Sync 003 was reposted and a new version number was used. To get this new version number, 7.003.0025, reflected in Help/About, the following steps need to be taken:
1. uninstall original Web Sync 3, by going to Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs (if it doesn't show up, verify that you have "Show Updates" checked at the top of the Add or Remove Programs pane)
2. when uninstall of Web Sync 3 is complete, highlight Revolve 7, press CHANGE, go through the wizard and select the components that shouldn't be installed on the USERS machine, complete the wizard.
The reason the original web sync was removed is because the web sync installed all the options, causing users to get prompted for licensing when ever opening Revolve.
