Hi, we are using EA 8.04.689 version on a Microsoft Windows Server 2019. I act as an administrator. By double-click on "ArchitectureModeler.exe" in the EA standard install directory (/bin) nothing happen - the app did not start. Only a "round circle" to be seen shortly (maybe from Windows). Have someone an idea why the app not start? Thanks

Try to right-click and "Run as Administrator". 

If that doesn't work, please raise a support incident so our support and dev team can assist.
