ASCII file as LSEQ

An external ASCII file on Linux environment with line delimiter as hex'0a', when cataloged as LSEQ file, the line delimiter is not identified correctly

Also, the Low values that are in original physical file are truncated when cataloged as LSEQ. below is hexdump with 9 low values, where as there ae only 4 low values in the above dump from the catalog in ES
