Problem:

When standalone assembler .OBJ modules are linked in MFEEE 3.1 WrapPack (WebSync) 04, the following error appears:ASMLK0319S : IDF name init error - no output Compilation complete with 1 errors, 0 warnings, 0 notices and an exit code of 0Build finished with 1 errors, 0 warnings, and 0 notices.Completed in 1 secondsThe problem does not appear under Mainframe Express WrapPack (WebSync) 03. Why is this?

Resolution:

When you link standalone assembler .OBJ modules, linker input file (.LIN file) is not needed. You can simply delete it from your project, create the project again and make sure the "Automatically Link" check box is ON for the assembler module's build properties.
