Problem:
In an Enterprise Server Region's settings, when attempting to navigate to ESMAC, the screen results in: "page not found". This occurs on any machine using any browser type. Switching off anti-virus and/or firewall programs does not make any difference. Allowing all security options in  the browser does not help either.
Resolution:
The problem is related to the change in address when navigating to ESMAC from the home page.  When it happens, the new address is not recognized by Internet Explorer or any other web browser.
In other words, the address: 86 is pingable by Windows but: .com is not, because in the Windows Hosts file, this address is defined as:
<hostname>
Changing it in the Windows Hosts file to read: <hostname>.<Domain name>.com resolves the problem.
If you experience an issue like this it would be worthwhile to check the host file entries are correctly defined as above.
