Problem:

When trying to access Interactive Analysis, the message "HyperCode Queue is not Empty" is displayed and Interactive Analysis will not start.  How can this be avoided.?

 Resolution:

This is basic functionality of the Enterprise Analyzer product.

It is correct behaviour for Interactive Analysis functionality to refuse to open until the HyperCode Queue is empty.

To enable Interactive Analysis to start, the HyperCode Queue needs to be empty.

It is possible to manage the records in the HyperCode Queue, by removing or deleting unwanted or locked records as follows..

- Open EA Administration Tool

- From the TOOLS menu, choose MANAGE QUEUE

- Select the RWP for the required workspace and click OPEN

- When the dialogue opens, from the QUEUE menu, choose SHOW ALL

This will show what is in the queue waiting to be processed.

You can manage these processes from this dialogue.

NOTE : To be able to manage the queue, you must be a master user of the relevant Workspace.
