    In the documentation of Enterprise Analyzer there is a link to some webvideos that handle several topics in EA. there is a series of 4 films that talk about Architecture Modeler. I propose you have a look at those. The basic setup of an Architecure modeler stuff shows how to define a model, and helps with some basic definitions like default extensions (here you would put .bat).

    When this is done just publish the model and rescan.

    Now you should be able to load .bat  .files into the projects.

    you can do more, but that would require deepter understanding of the Architecture Model features.
