Problem:

Trying to run Web Sync 5 (or higher) and receivinig message that it can't be applied to this version that is running on the machine.  What's wrong?

Resolution:

This Web Sync is a patch to the Revolve 7.0 Web Sync 2 or higher version.

Check the version currently running.  

It must have at least Web Sync 2 installed, to apply this patch.

In the Help/About box, Web Sync 2 shows as version 7.002.0075 and Web Sync 3 shows as version 7.003.0025.  

As long as the specified guidelines were followed for the installation, the configuration and projects will not be affected by this patch.  

If the current version is 7.003.0024 (the first release of Web Sync 3) then the administrator of the machine should go to Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs (ensuring that "Show updates" is checked ON) and remove Web sync #003 from under Micro Focus Revolve 7.0.  

If any earlier release of 7.002.0075, then the administrator of this machine will need to install the 2nd web sync, RVP3270020075.exe and then install this web sync.
